3. Goods

We may offer physical items such as branded stationery or merchandise. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the order confirmation. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods available at checkout. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase provided no substantive work has begun. To request a refund, contact our team. Approved refunds are reimbursed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Services may be rescheduled within six months of purchase at no extra charge. Once custom work or filings are in progress, no refund will be issued, as resources have been allocated and cannot be undone.

5.2 Info Products

Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for digital items that have not been accessed or downloaded. After any download or access, no refund can be granted, as digital content is immediately available. Approved refunds are reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

Defective or damaged items may be platformd or refunded within 30 days of delivery. To initiate an platform or refund, contact our support team. Upon approval, refunds are reimbursed via the original payment method within 10 business days. For change of preference, platforms are permitted for unused items in original packaging; refunds for change of preference are not available due to inventory constraints.

Arvella may modify these terms at any time. Revised terms will be effective upon posting on arvello.pro. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms or engages in unlawful activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuwait City.
